I can honestly say that the customer service was outstanding, and the work on the bumper was excellent, but as I stated to the reps in the building, my hood needed to be redone because when the client hit me, he knocked my hood out of alignment and it doesnt close properly, and i asked the worker did they fix or even look at the hood and she told me they might have, i also have a yellow triangle with an exlamation point showing on my dash and i know for a fact that wasnt showing befote i dropped it off, i did reach out to my claims adjuster so that we can take care of this problem asap. As you can see, this hood is not sitting flush.

Great work and my car was done 16 days ahead of the predicted finish date given to my insurance company. My only troubles were the front desk never talked to me about updates but only my insurance so I was waiting for updates from my insurance agent rather than the shop. But all is done and the work is great and everyone was very kind to work with. Will keep in mind for any future work needed (but hopefully no more people hit me)!

Ro was excellent. She handled everything professionally and ensured I understood the process. When the insurance company's system experienced issues processing my claim, she proactively contacted them on my behalf to resolve the situation. It’s clear she maintains smooth operations at the office. Hendricks is fortunate to have her.

Outstanding service. Jennifer Valentin was the lady who helped me with my car. Was really kind and kept me updated on everything. They were also surprisingly fast with putting everything together when the parts arrived.

Jennifer did a great job from the day I first dropped off my Nissan up to today when I got my car back. She kept me up to date throughout the process as well. I appreciate her good customer service skills, patience, and I can tell she is a hard worker. I recommend anyone needing bodywork or repair come to Hendrick collision center!
